I will have to admit that I hesitated, several times, before I finally ordered this steamer insert. The last Emerilware one quart sauce pan that I ordered, and returned, was of far lessor quality of construction and materials than the complete set of Emerilware that I bought two years ago.
Now that it has arrived and been used, I will state that this Emerilware Stainless Steel 3 Quart Steamer Insert is of the same quality as my "old" Emerilware from All-Clad.
I'm very pleased, this time, to have received, probably, one of the last top quality pieces with the All-Clad/Emerilware name on it when I purchased this insert.

Emeril Stainless line by All Clad was designed in conjunction with Emeril Lagasse, the popular chef seen on Food Channel. This is a liner insert that is designed to fit in an Emeril 3-quart saucepan or casserole pan. This allows efficient steaming of a variety of foods.
