I have a huge selection of these pans now - they're that awesome. Talk about no cleanup - just run a sponge over them with a squirt of soap and you're done. Nothing sticks, the surface doesn't peel (Teflon for dinner? Not with these pans. You get that with QVC's pans!) and the things just heat so evenly and burn absolutely nothing. I love this pan so much - it gets used almost on a daily basis. After a year, it still looks new. I love these pans - I've not been this satisfied with any pan for the past 3 years. I'm glad to have FINALLY found some that actually work. Now I'm out to buy the stainless!

This classic, straight-sided 2-1/2-quart saucepan dramatically displays Emerilware's virtues. It's 7 inches in diameter and 3-3/4 inches deep, perfect for cooking a cream sauce or simmering a family-size portion of green beans. Under its domed lid, the pan is equally at home on the stovetop or in the oven. The pan's flared lip prevents drips when pouring.
